Our team have a wealth of experience from occupier leasehold surveys through to multi-million pound commercial portfolio surveys for some of the country’s leading blue chip investors. We have undertaken survey work throughout the United Kingdom and Europe and offer a single of point of contact at Partner level for all our clients. Where required, we can also provide a range of add on services, including Environmental Consultancy, Building Engineering Service Reports, Structural and Deleterious Material Inspections, and other specialist commentary.

We take the time to understand our client’s needs and ensure that our reports acknowledge and address every aspect relevant to the potential investment. We can deliver survey reports on large portfolios of property, maintaining the highest levels of diligence and quality but also adhering to strict timeframes that many of our clients demand, often initially reporting within 24-hours where required. We work closely with our client’s professional team including solicitors and agents, with our aim of being a facilitator to any acquisition.

We are able to distinguish between the differing requirements of our clients and incorporate this detail into our reports. For example, understanding the cost of fabric repairs or fit out for a prospective tenant as opposed to calculating the dilapidations liability or exposure to any capital costs faced by an investment landlord – our commercial knowledge and flexibly of reporting format allows us to provide the necessary advice in a concise and actionable manner.

Our team recognise the value in life-cycle costing of any building. We utilise our knowledge and experience of the way in which a building, its fabric and services will deteriorate over time and combine this with any impending statutory changes, allowing us to provide accurate cost reports and advice for building owners and occupiers on planned and preventative maintenance.
