Jones Hargreaves undertook the Project management role in the delivery of the comprehensive renovation and refurbishment works of a Grade II listed period residential property on behalf of our Hong Kong based client within Kensington, London. Works included full refurbishment and restoration of architectural merited features in providing modern living space featuring several one-bedroom apartments plus one two bedroom duplex unit in strict accordance with imposed statutory requirements and design constraints.

Jones Hargreaves role extended from initial inception (acquisition) to completion, with the project successfully delivered in line with client’s brief and budget.
