Jones Hargreaves has provided due diligence services for the purchase of a 59-bedroom spa facility set within 47 acres of land located in Surrey. In addition to bedrooms the site includes 36 treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a cinema and a 9-hole golf course. The property included a variety of building types which ranged from a Victorian manor house, to a steel frame indoor tennis facility.

The client was purchasing the property as an investment to continue operations as a spa facility, and so providing accurate cost advice for repairs and cyclical maintenance was imperative.
