The Ironworks is a residential development situated in the heart of Holbeck Urban Village, Leeds and includes 58 apartments, 15 townhouses and ground floor retail space, all of which will be sold to individual owners. Conveniently, the site is located next door to our Leeds office!

We have been involved since inception of the project as Employer’s Agent. Works commenced on site in July 2019 and are due to complete in May 2021. The development was a Project Winner at the 2019 Housing Design Awards.
