Jones Hargreaves were appointed as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer to design , tender and manage a comprehensive common parts and Cat A office floor refurbishment of a prime city centre office building across two separate phases in 2017 and 2018.  The work included a redesigned reception area and WC facilities, upgrade of three floors of offices and cosmetic upgrade to the fifth floor terrace and high level frontage.  Part of the building remained in occupation which presented a number of practical challenges.

In addition to the main role, Jones Hargreaves acted for Ardstone in relation to dilapidations on the three floors.
