Jones Hargreaves were engaged by an institutional investor to undertake Technical Due Diligence of a large automotive processing centre located in Corby. The instruction was scheduled at short notice and reporting undertaken in a condensed timescale whilst simultaneously discharging various technical issues allowing the off-market acquisition to proceed unhindered.
