Jones Hargreaves acted as Tenant’s Monitoring Surveyor on behalf of the end used, Croda Europe Limited in overseeing the construction of a 210,000 sq ft warehouse development with an additional 30,000 sq ft of grade A office space.

The role involved managing a series of modifications, adjustments and enhancements to the base build design to suit the tenants requirements.

Jones Hargreaves are now appointed to project manage the £2m CAT B fit out of the office accommodation.

The scheme was developed by Tritax Symmetry with Croda taking a 20 years lease at completion.
