We love a roofing project! Acting for our valued client, Duchy of Lancaster, we have reached Practical Completion of the roof overcladding works at 1-4 Wardley Industrial Estate, Manchester. This challenging project was undertaken to the 100,000 sq ft building with the tenant, Clipper Logistics, in full occupation throughout the contract period.

The original roof covering has now been encapsulated in a new insulated built up system which enhances thermal performance and increases natural daylight into the building as well as giving the landlord and tenant a watertight roof for many years to come.
