Jones Hargreaves were engaged by an overseas client to undertake Technical Due Diligence of a portfolio acquisition with multiple assets located across South Wales. In total, the portfolio extended to a reported 420,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation held on multiple leases to tenant occupiers.
