Jones Hargreaves acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator on behalf of Maidstone Borough Council in overseeing the creation of eight permanent food stalls within an existing leisure centre.

Works involved extensive strip out and structural reconfiguration to create a large spacious food hall, construction of the eight food stalls fitted out with commercial kitchens and bespoke service bars in addition to new floor finishes throughout. New LED lighting, fire alarm, ventilation, heating/cooling and extract systems were also installed.
