Jones Hargreaves mobilised a specialist team of surveyors and services engineers to provide strategic due diligence advice to Elite Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of the Hayhill Portfolio which comprises 97 freehold offices, 85% of which are located in town centres across the UK. Approximately 95% of the rental income is secured against the covenant of the UK Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government. 

Elite Capital Partners is an alternative asset manager specialising in yield-accretive global assets. It was incorporated in 2017 by three founding partners, Victor Song, Charles Hoon and Chiew Chuanjin.
