Refurbishment of a 260,000sq ft warehouse over 2 phases.  The building is one of the remaining few buildings which formed part of the Yorkshire Imperial Metals manufacturing plant established in the 1930s.

The works involved asbestos removal, partial demolition and complete re-cladding of the existing structure.  The second phase included new external concrete yard slabs, drainage works, floor refurbishment and coating and the provision of new lighting and fire alarm.

The building has now be successfully let to Allied Glass Containers Ltd for warehousing with a further £1.3m project now instructed on the adjoining site to create a new plastics recycling facility.
