Jones Hargreaves were originally instructed to provide Technical Due Diligence services in relation to our client’s purchase of Unit G1, Tyler Close, Normanton. The building was purchased with vacant possession.
Our role then extended to managing and overseeing a £500,000 partial refurbishment of the building in the role of Contract Administrator and Principal Designer. The works formed part of an agreement to let the building to a new tenant.
Following completion of the works and the new lease, Jones Hargreaves also provided assistance and advice in relation to the disposal of the asset.
