Jones Hargreaves were engaged by a pension fund client to undertake Technical Due Diligence of a portfolio acquisition with multiple assets located across the United Kingdom. JH worked with the pension fund and their appointed legal team to provide the required TDD reporting within a challenging timescale, discharging various technical issues along the way. In total, the portfolio extended to a reported 120,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation held on multiple leases to tenant occupiers.
