Jones Hargreaves are currently instructed by our client to re baseline the Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs) ratings of over 300 properties with a view to produce energy performance improvement reports for assets highlighted as at risk (or future risk) to Minium Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES). We have undertaken energy modelling of each asset within its current specification, and where required modelled and costed the impact of various tailored energy efficiency measures to improve the EPC rating.
